Candidate SLA:

When you send your CV to us

  1. It is screened by an experienced recruiter.
  2. If we feel that we will be able to assist you in your search for employment, your details are entered into our database. Our database system matches new CVs with current vacancies overnight and produces a list of ‘hot’ CVs each morning; if your skillset matches an open vacancy on our system – you’ll be on the list!
  3. If we have a current opportunity that might interest you, a consultant will contact you to determine your interest, discuss the opportunity with you and possibly conduct some technical tests. We are only interested in putting you forward for opportunities which are a genuine match with your skills and experience.
  4. We will forward your CV to potential employers only with your express permission.
  5. We will update you on the status of your application as soon as we receive feedback from the client company.
  6. Should both parties be interested in pursuing the application, we will prepare you for an interview with our client. We make every effort to make sure candidates are well informed about the client’s company and the role before the interview takes place.
  7. After the interview(s), we gauge the reaction of both sides and report to your and our client with feedback as soon as we have it. We will also negotiate on your behalf in an effort to secure a satisfactory offer for you if you are interested in taking up the position.
  8. Should you accept an offer for employment based abroad, we will use our experience of life in Ireland, The Netherlands and Germany to assist your relocation.
